Description
DescriptionA good dog bed should be more than just soft.
It should support, endure, and seamlessly fit into the home you share.
That’s why Noa – the woman behind Staey – designed this bed with the same philosophy that defines the entire brand: high functionality, beautiful materials, and a deep love for life with dogs.
The dog bed is equipped with an inner memory foam cushion that adapts to your dog’s body, providing optimal support for joints and muscles. This makes it ideal for both young, active dogs and senior companions in need of extra care.
Available in four exclusive colors – two in soft corduroy and two in textured bouclé – the bed is made to complement homes with both dogs and design in mind. It measures 75 x 65 cm and features Staey’s signature embroidery on the front: a discreet yet elegant mark of quality.

Highlights
“Dogs are family, and their space should reflect that. I created Vera to blend Danish design with comfort for the modern home.”
Vera Dog Bed | Dark Oak Corduroy
The story behind it
Why I designed it
I wanted to create a dog bed that didn’t have to be hidden away when guests came over. A bed that looks like it belongs – because it does. Dogs are family, and their space should reflect that. Vera is designed for the modern home and for dogs who deserve more than just a “dog pillow” on the floor.
What it took to get it right
Finding the perfect shape and support was key. We tested different foams before settling on memory foam for the inner cushion – it molds to the dog’s body and provides long-term support. The cover had to be washable and beautiful, so we chose two velvet colors and two bouclé options that feel as good as they look. We even added Staey’s monogram as a subtle mark of quality.
Why customers love it
Because it’s more than a bed – it’s part of the home. Dogs instantly melt into the memory foam, and customers tell us it’s become their dog’s favorite spot in the house. And thanks to the easy-to-remove cover, it’s as practical as it is pretty. Vera is where style meets sleep – and no one has to compromise.

My story
Hi, I’m Noa – designer and founder of Staey. I live in Denmark with my dog Alba, and I started Staey because I was tired of choosing between functionality and aesthetics.
Every Staey design starts with real moments from my life with my own Alba. I sketch the first ideas at my kitchen table, and my team and I test, tweak and adjust until it works – for your dog and for you. Because practical can (and should) look beautiful.
