When I first started grooming Alba at home, I quickly realized how overlooked the small areas are – the paws, the face, the in-between zones. And yet, those are the spots where discomfort builds up fastest.
I wanted a tool that could handle those delicate areas with calm precision – something light, quiet, and reliable, even when you’re trimming around sensitive pads or between tiny toes. That’s how the 2-in-1 Paw Trimmer came to life.

My story
Hi, I’m Noa – designer and founder of Staey. I live in Denmark with my dog Alba, and I started Staey because I was tired of choosing between functionality and aesthetics.
Every Staey design starts with real moments from my life with my own Alba. I sketch the first ideas at my kitchen table, and my team and I test, tweak and adjust until it works – for your dog and for you. Because practical can (and should) look beautiful.
